I have been a Chiropractor for many years , having practiced in Port Pirie and Jamestown in the Mid-North , the U.K , Willunga and now - Brighton. Having my own family, I understand the stresses and strains of modern life and its impact on our health and I love to help people feel their best through Chiropractic. I love seeing how regular adjustments of the spine along with a healthy lifestyle of good nutrition , exercise and a positive mental attitude , help your body to function at its best and in doing so lead to a better quality life.
